We deployed a multi-channel rollout combining short-form video, influencer-led stories, and interactive city billboards. Each channel reflected real-life fitness moments — not perfection, but progress.
The campaign generated over 2M impressions and boosted app downloads by 63% in just three weeks.
To sustain engagement, we introduced weekly user challenges and referral rewards. The initiative built a strong fitness community that extended beyond the app.
